Health & Safety
As Soulfit Adventures plans for our retreats to start up again, new protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and our team have been drawn up. These new protocols are to reassure guests that the necessary procedures have been put in place to keep them safe, and we have closely followed our local government guidelines.
Accommodation
Our accommodation partners are selected by us for their high standards, and the retreat venues we use are generally small, family owned and operated. We are liaising closely with them to ensure they follow government recommended health, safety and cleanliness procedures prior to guest arrival. Whilst on retreat we are responsible for our own cleaning and we will regularly clean communal areas and make available cleaning and sanitising products for guests to use if required.
Food Preparation
Food is an integral part of our retreats and we are lucky to work with our own private cooks whilst on retreat. All our cooks have completed food safety training and follow strict protocols during the preparation of food. From time to time whilst on retreat we eat in a variety of restaurants and cafes, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Once again, we are liaising closely with them to follow latest government advice and where possible we will dine alfresco or use private dining areas.
Transport
We spend a very small amount of time in vehicles, less than 30 minutes two or three times during an international retreat, however increased hygiene protocols will also be included by our transport providers, including compulsory hand sanitizer before every embarkation and facial coverings being required while on board. Deep cleaning will also by undertaken before and after every transfer.
Staff
Our team at Soulfit Adventures is a small professional team who are up to date with the safety protocols and have been trained in our new procedures.
Equipment
Equipment used on our retreats will be subject to increased cleaning measures, while hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the retreat. Guests will be encouraged to bring their own face masks, as well as personal hand sanitizer, to ensure additional levels of protection. The recommended face mask in use in Europe is N95, widely available from pharmacies.
Contact with Covid-19
We ask you to report to the retreat host any COVID symptoms immediately, so that appropriate action can be taken to safeguard the rest of the group.
Pre-trip Information
Our pre-tour information will include up to date Covid regulations in the area you are travelling to and one week prior to your trip we will send you our latest safe travel guidelines. We’ll ask you to acknowledge that you understand them and will abide by the advice to keep the group safe and well.
Terms and Conditions
We have revised our T&Cs to reflect the new challenges of travel. The full document will be sent on booking, or you can download a copy from any Retreat Page on the website.
Holiday with Confidence
Soulfit Adventures retreats by their very nature give us confidence that we can travel safely and continue to offer guests an enjoyable, authentic and unique experience. Our small groups have a maximum of 12 guests, we spend the majority of our time in the fresh open air, in boutique private accommodation and in areas with few other tourists.
