Accommodation
Your home for the week is a charming bed and breakfast nestled right at the very heart of the royal city of Blois, on the Place du Chateau. It offers you privileged access to the Louis XII facade of the Royal Chateau, as well as the Maison de la Magie.
Its spacious and bright rooms are tastefully decorated in different eras, from the Renaissance, Art Deco, Vintage, Contemporary era, creating eclectic environments for you to relax. Some rooms have a private terrace with garden views where you can enjoy a glass of wine at the end of each day. All rooms have private bathrooms.
The building itself dates back to the 15th century when forge of weapons were being used for the life of the castle. The city of Blois is full of private mansions, with unique stories and architectures, varying according to the wishes and means of the owners who built them. Thus, when entering the bed and breakfast, you will stay in the heart of the architectural intimacy of Blois and enjoy a stay full of charm and relaxation, like staying in a good friends house, right in the heart of Blois.

Is this camp for me?
The camp is for Level 2 cyclists and to be able to enjoy the rides fully, regular cycling in the months prior to the camp, with some gravel riding is recommended. There will be a mix of gravel roads as well as secondary roads on asphalt. Blois and the surrounding region are not flat and the terrain has its fair share of rolling hills, so expect some short punchy bumps from time to time.
We have designed this camp to share our love of cycling in general and to enable you to discover the joys of gravel riding, whilst visiting new places and developing your skills. Most importantly, it is a non-competitive group ride in a welcoming and safe environment.
Throughout the week and after your ride, you will have the chance to relax and stretch with a light yoga session led by a certified yoga teacher. The stretching and yoga are suitable for all levels, even the stiffest body and no experience is necessary.
Non-Riding Activities
We very happy to offer non-riding options for companions who don’t want to spend any time in the saddle. These options will need to be scheduled before your trip so please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
