By the time you all read this Easter will be over, but as I sit here writing I am looking forward to heading out of Sydney for the break and taking my bike with me. I’m excited about getting out on some country roads and taking advantage of everything that cycling has to offer (and, working off some of the chocolate I will eat over the course of the weekend!). Which brings me to the subject of this blog, the benefits of cycling? There are many benefits to cycling both for your physical and emotional wellbeing.
