These 60-minute yang and yin classes are sports focused practices, designed specifically with cyclists in mind. In a yang practice you will move through sequences that challenge your strength and flexibility. The yin practice is ideal for those hours post-training when relaxation is must for recovery and we activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Sometimes we will combine the two styles in the one class. Breath work and deep relaxation are included in every class. The classes are suitable for all levels, even the stiffest body! No experience is necessary, just a willingness to try something new.
